Christopher E. York
Christopher has been practicing as a lawyer in British Columbia since 2007. He travelled extensively throughout Canada and Asia before earning his law degree. Christopher worked in downtown Vancouver before moving to Kelowna and now enjoys spending any free time at local lakes, trails or hills on foot or bike with his wife and two young children.
Christopher’s primary areas of practice involve Personal Injury and Wills Variation / Unjust Enrichment claims. His initial areas of practice were Plaintiff Personal Injury and Insurance Defence. By 2009, his practice had shifted almost entirely into Commercial Litigation and he became involved in Wills Variation and Unjust Enrichment claims before joining Eyford Macaulay Shaw & Padmanabhan LLP.
He has considerable courtroom experience and enjoys working with clients to create cost-effective litigation strategies to resolve legal disputes.
