Natasha K. Petersen


Natasha obtained her law degree (J.D.) from the University of Western Ontario in 2014. Concurrently with her law degree, she completed an Honours in Business Administration degree, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship program, and an Honour in Global and Intercultural Engagement program.

Natasha joined the firm’s Vancouver office as a litigation associate after completing her articles at a large regional firm and being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015.


Natasha’s practice areas include insurance, corporate, commercial, aboriginal, construction, employment, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Natasha has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as in British Columbia’s Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.

During law school, Natasha was a Case Manager and Advisor with the Western Business Law Clinic, helping small business owners in Ontario with their legal issues. She was also on the Canadian National Champion team of the largest moot in the world and an editor with the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
